About me & my motivation
In 2021, I moved to Denmark with my husband and our twin boys. Like many families relocating to a new country, we had to navigate unfamiliar systems, new routines and a different culture, all while settling into daily life. Along the way, I became what I call a “self-made integration expert” – learning by doing, asking, failing, and figuring things out the hard way.
Today, I speak Danish fluently and know what it takes to not just arrive but truly integrate. That experience was the starting point for Locasio. I saw a gap between what large relocation companies offer and what people actually need when arriving in a new country, someone present, approachable and fully committed to making the transition as smooth as possible.
